This custom project was produced for David Holloway in Lake Greenwood, SC. David works in the luxury real estate market there. He is differentiating himself from other brokers in his region by embracing video to market property and he wants everyone to know. We used actual clips of a home for sale on the lake that we shot for David earlier this year. The woman in the video is an actress – Julie Vorus – from Brevard, NC. We really appreciate Julie’s authentic performance in the video. Enjoy!
